Council Member Elizabeth Crowley  attended P.S. 87 students’ musical performance, “Surf’s Up Broadway,” on Tuesday. The program was managed by Inside Broadway, a children’s theatre company that enriches core curriculum in schools through drama, dance, and music, as part of the New York City Council’s Cultural After Schools Adventure Initiative (CASA).
